GeauxTrax Warranty
Every GeauxTrax kit is hand-built in the USA from UV-stabilized PETG and tested before it ships. Here is exactly what we cover.
10-year material warranty
Our PETG track is rated for a 10–15 year outdoor service life. We cover material defects — cracking, discoloration beyond reasonable UV fade, or structural failure — for 10 years from the ship date. If a piece fails under normal outdoor use, email us at sales@geauxtrax.com with a photo and we will ship a free replacement piece.
30-day "missing or damaged" promise
If your kit shows up with a missing piece, a piece broken in transit, or a piece that does not match the spec sheet, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will overnight the replacement at no charge.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from impacts, modifications, painting with non-exterior products, or installation outside the published guidance (for example, mounting somewhere other than the fascia board, or pairing with lights other than Govee Permanent Outdoor Pro). The warranty is also non-transferable past the original buyer.
How to file a claim
Email sales@geauxtrax.com with your order email, a clear photo of the issue, and a one-line description of what failed. We respond inside one business day.
